Social & Influencer

Channels That Look Like a Firm Worth Hiring

Social media management, paid social and influencer partnerships for Singapore businesses — planned, published, moderated and reported.

Channel mix, tone and posting cadence are set by where your buyers are — not by a standard package of four posts a week everywhere.

The Challenge

A page whose last post is fourteen months old is not neutral — it is communicating. It says the firm is either too small to sustain basic marketing or disorganised enough to abandon what it starts. A business with no page at all is often judged more kindly, because absence reads as a choice while abandonment reads as a failure.

Our Method

How We Build a Social & Influencer Plan

The same three steps run through every engagement. Applied to this service line, they look like this.

  1. 01

    Identify buyer behaviour

We establish which platforms your buyers genuinely use in a professional context, and what they do there — lurk, research, or engage.

  2. 02

Find why they buy, and where

Then whether social is where the decision gets influenced or merely where you get verified. The answer changes the entire content strategy.

  3. 03

Convert it into how they buy from you

We build the calendar, run the community, and add paid or creator partnerships only where they demonstrably move something.

What We Deliver

Capabilities Under This Pillar

05.1

Social Media Management

The full operation — planned, produced, published and moderated, so the channel does not depend on someone having a free afternoon.

  • Monthly calendar approved before anything goes live
  • Graphics, captions and scheduling handled end to end
  • Daily community management and DM triage
  • Platform growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X

05.2

Paid Social Advertising

Targeted campaigns where the audience genuinely exists, with enough creative variation to avoid fatigue.

  • Campaign strategy and audience building
  • Multiple creative variants tested against each other
  • Retargeting from site and engagement audiences
  • Managed against cost per enquiry, not reach

05.3

Influencer & Creator Relations

Partnerships handled properly — identified on audience fit rather than follower count, and contracted so obligations are clear.

  • Partner identification and audience verification
  • Outreach, negotiation and contracting
  • Gifting and product seeding programmes
  • Co-created content campaigns with usage rights secured

05.4

LinkedIn for B2B

For firms selling to referrers, committees and institutional buyers, LinkedIn does more work than every consumer channel combined.

  • Company page and principal profile run in parallel
  • Thought-leadership posts under a named person
  • Referral-partner and network engagement
  • Employee advocacy where the team is willing

For the Owner / Principal

A visibly active firm without you writing captions at eleven at night.

For Recruitment

Culture and team content that makes good candidates want to join — often the highest-value use of the channel.

For the Sales Team

A page that stands up when a prospect checks you out mid-deal.

Our Approach

How We Deliver This Pillar

  1. 01

Decide what the channel is for

Recruitment, credibility, or enquiries. Trying to do all three simultaneously is why most accounts read as noise.

  2. 02

    Plan a month ahead

Calendars approved in advance mean publishing never depends on someone being free. That is what makes cadence survivable.

  3. 03

    Moderate, do not just post

Scheduled posts are half the job. Replies, comments and DMs are where enquiries actually surface.

  4. 04

Add paid only when organic works

Amplifying content that is not landing organically just buys a wider audience for something that does not work.

What You Actually Receive

Deliverables

Concrete outputs, not activity descriptions. Every item below is something you can open, keep and use.

  • Channel audit with a clear keep, fix or close recommendation
  • Monthly content calendar, approved before publication
  • All graphics, captions and scheduling handled
  • Daily community management with same-day enquiry handover
  • Paid social campaigns with creative variants and reporting
  • Monthly report on reach, engagement and conversations produced

Engagement Shapes

How Social & Influencer Usually Gets Scoped

These are the shapes this work commonly takes — starting points for a conversation, not fixed packages. Your actual scope is built after the diagnostic and quoted in writing.

01

Single Channel

When one platform run properly beats four run badly.

  • One channel managed end to end
  • Planned calendar and full production
  • Community management and enquiry routing
  • Monthly reporting

02

Multi-Channel Programme

When your buyers genuinely sit across more than one platform.

  • Two or more channels managed in parallel
  • LinkedIn thought leadership under a named person
  • Paid social amplification
  • Cross-channel reporting

03

Social & Creator

When reaching a new audience needs borrowed trust.

  • Everything in Multi-Channel Programme
  • Creator identification and contracting
  • Co-created campaign production
  • Usage rights secured for your own channels

Fees are quoted in writing after the diagnostic and do not move unless the scope does. We do not publish rate cards because the right scope depends entirely on what the diagnostic finds.

What Happens When

A Typical Timeline

Indicative, and adjusted to your scope. You will have a dated plan before anything begins.

  1. 01

    Audit & strategy

    Week 1

Every existing channel reviewed. We recommend which to keep, which to rebuild and which to close — closing one is often the right call.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

    Week 2

Profiles, bios, highlights and link architecture rebuilt so the channel reads as an established firm.

  3. 03

    First calendar

    Week 3

A full month planned and approved before anything publishes. Nothing goes live that you have not seen.

  4. 04

    Run & amplify

    Month 2+

Continuous publishing and daily moderation. Paid amplification and creator partnerships introduced once organic has a baseline to measure against.

Being Clear Upfront

What's Included — and What Isn't

Most disputes between an agency and a client come from an assumption nobody wrote down. This is us writing it down.

Always included

  • Calendar approval before every publishing cycle
  • Daily moderation on active channels
  • Enquiries routed to your team the same day
  • Escalation protocol agreed upfront for anything sensitive

Not included

  • Buying followers or engagement, ever
  • Posting without your approved calendar
  • Creator and influencer fees, which are contracted separately
  • Responding to a live reputation crisis — that sits under Public Relations

Common Questions

Before You Ask

Do we have to approve every post?

You approve the calendar once a month, and posts go out against it without further sign-off — that is what makes the cadence sustainable. We can do post-by-post approval if you prefer, but it is usually the thing that breaks consistency.

Which platforms should we actually be on?

Fewer than you think. The audit often recommends closing something. For most B2B firms in Singapore, LinkedIn done properly outperforms four channels done thinly.

How do you choose influencers?

On audience fit and engagement quality, then verified for authenticity before we approach anyone. Follower count is the least reliable signal available and we treat it accordingly.

What if someone posts something negative?

We have an escalation protocol agreed with you upfront, so routine complaints get handled and anything serious reaches you immediately. A genuine reputation crisis moves to the Public Relations service line.

Can you work alongside our in-house person?

Frequently the best arrangement. A common split is your person on community and relationships, us on production and cadence. We will say plainly on the call if we think you do not need us.
