Service descriptions, package inclusions, timelines and any figures shown are indicative. Nothing on this site forms a contract or a binding quotation. A binding scope, fee and timeline arise only under a signed engagement letter or written proposal.

We do not publish prices or rate cards on this website. Any fee indication given verbally, in correspondence or in a draft is an estimate only and is not binding.

A fee becomes binding only when confirmed in a written proposal or engagement letter. Fees may be exclusive of GST, advertising spend, third-party licences, media costs and disbursements, which are set out in the applicable proposal.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competitors, pricing, sales process, and the policies of third-party platforms.

Any targets, benchmarks or figures described on this site or in our materials are objectives, not guarantees. We do not warrant any particular search ranking, review count, enquiry volume, conversion rate or revenue outcome. Where a specific commitment is made, it will be stated in the engagement letter.

Our services involve platforms operated by third parties, including Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Those platforms set their own terms, policies, pricing and algorithms and may change or withdraw them without notice. We are not responsible for a third-party platform's acts, omissions, outages, account decisions or policy changes.

Meetings are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service with its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a meeting creates no obligation on either side beyond attending it.

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

Ownership of work produced during an engagement — including content, creative assets, raw footage and advertising accounts — is dealt with in the engagement letter. Our standard position is that these belong to the client.

You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to extract content from it.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties in respect of this site and provide it on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from use of this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising under a client engagement is governed by that engagement letter.

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. We may also change, suspend or withdraw the site without notice, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
