Our Services

Data-Driven Strategy, Fully Executed

Strategy, brand, search, content, social, PR and marketing technology — seven capability groups, fully customised, run by one accountable team. We handle the groundwork so you can focus on growth.

How We Build a Marketing Plan

Behaviour First, Then Everything Else

Every plan we write follows the same three steps, in the same order. It is the reason our recommendations can be argued with rather than simply asserted — each one traces back to something we found out about your buyers.

  1. 01

    Identify buyer behaviour

We start with what your buyers actually do before they purchase — the searches they run, the firms they compare, the people they ask. Not what your team assumes they do, and not what a category report says buyers do in general.

Stakeholder interviews, search demand analysis, review patterns, competitor visibility.

  2. 02

Find why they buy, and where

Then the motivation behind the decision and the specific places it gets made. Two firms selling the same service to the same market often win on completely different reasons — and that difference decides which channels deserve your budget.

Customer interviews, journey mapping, intent analysis, channel evaluation.

  3. 03

Convert it into how they buy from you

Only then do we build the plan: positioning, channels, content and campaigns aimed at your buyer specifically. Every recommendation traces back to something in the first two steps, so you can challenge any of it.

Positioning, messaging, channel plan, campaign build, measurement.

This is why we charge for the diagnostic. Steps one and two are real work, and skipping them is how firms end up paying for perfectly executed campaigns aimed at the wrong person.

What We Do

Seven Capability Groups, One Accountable Team

Velox Media covers the full span from audience insight to boots-on-the-ground execution. Every engagement is customised — most clients start with one or two of these and add others as the picture gets clearer.

01

Strategy & Research

Everything else on this site depends on this. Before a single ad runs or a post is written, we establish who your buyer is, what they actually do before purchasing, and where the decision genuinely gets made. Execution without this is expensive guesswork.

Explore this pillar

Brand Strategy

Defining who you are for, what you claim, and why anyone should believe it — written down so every later piece of work stays consistent.

Market & Competitor Research

A clear picture of the field you are actually competing in, and where the gaps sit.

Go-To-Market Strategy

Launch planning for a new product, service or market — sequenced so the first ninety days build momentum rather than noise.

02

Brand & Creative

Most firms are judged on presentation long before anyone assesses their competence. Brand and creative work closes the gap between how good you are and how good you look — across every asset a buyer encounters.

Explore this pillar

Visual Identity

The core system — built to work at proposal scale and at favicon scale, not just on a presentation slide.

Creative Direction & Design

The applied layer: everything a client, candidate or committee actually receives from you.

Copywriting & Storytelling

The words carrying the identity — written to persuade a specific buyer, not to fill a space.

Brand Guidelines

The system written down, so the brand does not degrade the moment someone else makes a slide.

03

Digital Marketing & Search

The visibility engine. Most purchases now begin with a search — if you are not on the page when someone researches, the enquiry goes to whoever is. We own search position, paid acquisition, and the conversion layer that stops traffic leaking away.

Explore this pillar

Search Engine Optimization

Technical foundations, content and authority — the three things that decide organic position, worked together rather than in isolation.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising

Paid search aimed at people already in market, managed against cost per enquiry rather than clicks or impressions.

Conversion Rate Optimization

The layer most agencies skip. Traffic is worthless if the page it lands on cannot convert it.

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Enquiries rarely die because they were bad. They die because nobody replied on day three.

04

Content & Inbound

Most firms are sitting on genuine expertise that no buyer can see, because it lives in conversations and proposals rather than anywhere public. This service line turns it into material that works while you sleep — written, filmed and delivered to the right inbox.

Explore this pillar

Content Creation

Written material that answers real buyer questions and earns search position at the same time.

Video & Film Production

Full in-house production — shot and edited by the same team running your channels, so the footage actually gets used.

Email Marketing

The channel you own outright, run properly rather than as an occasional newsletter.

05

Social & Influencer

Owned channels run properly. Not scheduled filler, but a planned calendar published on time, moderated daily, amplified with paid where it earns its place, and reported against enquiries rather than vanity metrics.

Explore this pillar

Social Media Management

The full operation — planned, produced, published and moderated, so the channel does not depend on someone having a free afternoon.

Paid Social Advertising

Targeted campaigns where the audience genuinely exists, with enough creative variation to avoid fatigue.

Influencer & Creator Relations

Partnerships handled properly — identified on audience fit rather than follower count, and contracted so obligations are clear.

LinkedIn for B2B

For firms selling to referrers, committees and institutional buyers, LinkedIn does more work than every consumer channel combined.

06

PR & Communications

Advertising is what you say about yourself. Coverage is what someone else says about you, and buyers weigh the two very differently. This service line earns that third-party validation — and prepares you for the day the attention is not welcome.

Explore this pillar

Media Relations

Getting your story in front of journalists who cover your sector, framed as something their readers want rather than something you want to say.

Crisis Communications

Preparation before the event, and a steady hand during it. The plan is worth more than the response.

Event & Experiential Marketing

Events that produce relationships and content, rather than a room that was full once.

07

MarTech & Analytics

The infrastructure layer. Without it, every other service line runs on guesswork — leads sitting in inboxes, spend attributed to nothing, and a website that undoes the work of getting someone there. This is the plumbing that makes the rest accountable.

Explore this pillar

MarTech Integration

CRM, email and automation set up so they talk to each other, and so your team will actually use them.

Web Design & Development

Sites built to convert and to be maintained, not to win a design award and then rot.

Analytics & Reporting

Measurement that answers the question you actually have: what should we do more of?

Automation & Follow-Up

Sequences that work the lead while your team is busy, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

How We Work

Every Engagement Is Built From Scratch

We do not sell packages off a shelf. The plans below describe the shape an engagement usually takes and what tends to be included — but the actual scope is built after the diagnostic, around what your business needs and what your buyers respond to.

Scope built around findings

What we recommend depends entirely on what the diagnostic uncovers. Two clients on the same plan can receive very different work.

Channels chosen, not assumed

We will tell you which channels to ignore. A recommendation that includes everything is a recommendation that decided nothing.

Mix and match service lines

Take one capability group or six. Nothing obliges you to buy a bundle to get the part you actually need.

Adjusts as evidence arrives

Quarterly reviews exist to change the plan when the data says so, not to present a report and carry on regardless.

Four Plans, Matched to Your Stage

Every engagement opens with a paid diagnostic, credited in full against the plan that follows. The plan itself is matched to the stage your business is at — not to a sector, and not to a headcount on a spreadsheet. All four include monthly reporting and a quarterly strategy review.

The Diagnostic

Where every engagement starts

Two weeks, fixed fee, credited in full against whichever plan follows. You keep the findings either way.

  • Competitor and search-position analysis
  • Full review and reputation audit
  • 2–3 stakeholder interviews
  • Written, prioritised findings report — yours to keep

Start-up

Founders and new firms

For businesses being found for the first time. One channel run properly beats five run badly — this builds the foundations everything else sits on.

  • Google Business Profile and local search foundations
  • One core channel managed end to end
  • Review collection system installed from day one
  • Launch content: the pages and posts that earn early visibility
  • Monthly report and quarterly strategy review
Most popular

SME

Established and scaling

Our most complete plan, and the one most clients land on. Every service line running together — search, social, lead generation and film — with the cadence and reporting to keep it honest.

  • Full SEO programme across service and location terms
  • Two social channels planned a month ahead and moderated daily
  • Google Ads on high-intent search, managed against cost per enquiry
  • Review acceleration and follow-up automation
  • Quarterly film shoot day feeding the whole content calendar
  • Referral and partner nurture sequences
  • Monthly report and quarterly strategy review

Enterprise

Multi-team organisations

For firms with several locations, business units or an in-house marketing function. Adds authority content, tender-ready assets and the governance to keep output consistent across teams.

  • Everything in SME, across multiple locations or business units
  • Authority content and thought leadership under named leaders
  • Case study production for tenders and proposals
  • Dedicated account lead, coordinating with your in-house team
  • Custom reporting dashboards and attribution setup
  • Brand guidelines and approval workflows

Global

Multi-market operations

For businesses operating across more than one market. Strategy, channels and production localised per market, with reporting consolidated so you can compare them properly.

  • Everything in Enterprise, across multiple markets
  • Market-by-market search and paid strategy
  • Localised content and channel selection per market
  • Film production coordinated across regions
  • Consolidated cross-market reporting and attribution
  • Market-entry support for new territories

Fees are quoted in writing after the diagnostic and do not move unless the scope does. Advertising spend is billed separately at cost, with the management fee stated in your proposal. We do not publish rate cards because the right scope depends entirely on what the diagnostic finds.

Funding Support

Your Project May Be Grant-Supportable

Singapore co-funds a range of business development activity, and marketing and branding work can fall within scope depending on the project. Where it applies, we will scope the proposal with the relevant criteria in mind from the outset.

Typical eligibility: registered and operating in Singapore, at least 30% local shareholding, and financially able to complete the project. Applications are assessed by EnterpriseSG on scope, outcomes and provider competency — approval is never guaranteed, projects must not begin before application, and scheme details change. Confirm current criteria with EnterpriseSG before relying on any of this.

Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

Supports business transformation projects, including brand and marketing strategy engagements, for eligible SMEs. Assessed on scope and outcomes rather than approved automatically.

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

Supports adoption of pre-approved digital solutions on a simpler application path. Note that PSG applies to solutions on the approved list, so not every engagement will qualify.

Market Readiness Assistance (MRA)

Supports overseas market promotion and business development for firms taking their offering beyond Singapore.

Strategy Call

We look at your current visibility together — search position, reviews, channel activity — and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pitch deck.

A Transparent Process, Start to Finish

No black boxes and no vague timelines. Every engagement follows the same path, and you know exactly where things stand at every point.

Our Commitments on Every Engagement

Fixed fees, no surprise billing

The annual fee agreed after the diagnostic is what you pay. Ad spend is billed transparently at cost plus a stated management fee, and scope changes are quoted before any work starts.

You own everything

Ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile, raw footage, content and data are all in your name from day one. Nothing walks out the door if we part ways.

We will tell you if you do not need us

If you already have marketing capability in-house, we will say so and propose augmentation rather than replacement — or tell you to keep your money.

Questions, Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with property and finance firms?

No. We work with Singapore businesses across sectors — professional services, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, B2B and technology among them. Real estate and financial services are where our market research currently runs deepest, which means we arrive at those conversations already knowing the landscape. Everything else runs the same diagnostic first.

Which plan is right for us?

Most clients land on SME, which runs all four service lines together. Start-up is for businesses building their first proper presence; Enterprise adds governance and coordination for firms with several teams or locations; Global is for operations spanning more than one market. If you are between two, the diagnostic settles it — and we would rather move you down a plan than sell you capacity you cannot use.

Why is the diagnostic paid if the first call is free?

The call is a conversation; the diagnostic is two weeks of real work — competitor analysis, review audit and stakeholder interviews — ending in a written report you keep whether or not you continue. Charging for it keeps the analysis rigorous, and the fee is credited in full against your annual plan.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because a published rate card would be guesswork. What a plan should cost depends on how many channels you need, what condition they are in, and how much ground there is to make up — which is exactly what the diagnostic establishes. You get a fixed written fee before any work begins, and it does not move unless the scope does. We do have a minimum engagement, and we will tell you plainly on the call if your requirements sit below it.

How is Google Ads spend handled?

Your budget goes directly to Google from your own account, so nothing is hidden inside a bundled invoice. The management fee sits on top of the plan and is stated in your proposal. There is a practical minimum monthly budget below which campaigns cannot gather enough data to be worth running, and we will tell you what that is for your market.

Can we start with just one service line?

Yes. Plenty of clients begin with review acceleration or social media alone. The sector packages exist because the lines reinforce each other, but nothing obliges you to take all four.

We already have someone doing marketing in-house. Is this still relevant?

Often yes, as augmentation — typically your team on relationships and community, us on production, campaigns and cadence. We will say plainly during the call if we think you do not need us.

Do we own our accounts and content?

Completely. Ad accounts, analytics, Business Profile, raw footage and all published content are yours and stay in your name. No lock-in and nothing held back at handover.

Can you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?

No. Nobody credibly can, and we would be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What we commit to is the cadence, the system and full transparency on what every enquiry costs, so you can judge the return on your own numbers.
