Content & Inbound

Publish the Expertise You Already Have

Content creation, video and audio production, and email marketing for Singapore businesses whose knowledge never leaves the room.

Content is built from your specialists' actual knowledge. We interview, you approve — nothing generic, nothing invented.

The Challenge

Expertise that is not published is expertise the buyer never encounters. Most firms know this, start a blog or a video series, sustain it for six weeks, then hit a busy quarter. Marketing is the only task with no external deadline, so it is always the first to slip. That is a staffing problem rather than a discipline problem, and it needs a structural fix.

Our Method

How We Build a Content & Inbound Plan

The same three steps run through every engagement. Applied to this service line, they look like this.

  1. 01

    Identify buyer behaviour

We establish what your buyers are actually reading and watching before they enquire, and which questions come up in every first meeting.

  2. 02

Find why they buy, and where

Then which of those questions genuinely block a decision, and where the answer needs to reach them — search, inbox, feed or proposal.

  3. 03

Convert it into how they buy from you

We produce material answering exactly those questions, in the format that suits each channel, and deliver it on a cadence that does not depend on anyone being free.

What We Deliver

Capabilities Under This Pillar

04.1

Content Creation

Written material that answers real buyer questions and earns search position at the same time.

  • Blog articles and long-form guides
  • Whitepapers, eBooks and lead magnets
  • Case studies in a before-and-after format
  • Infographics and data visualisation

04.2

Video & Film Production

Full in-house production — shot and edited by the same team running your channels, so the footage actually gets used.

  • Storyboarding, filming and full post-production
  • Explainer videos, founder interviews and testimonials
  • Property, project and facility films
  • Animation, podcasts and short-form vertical cuts

04.3

Email Marketing

The channel you own outright, run properly rather than as an occasional newsletter.

  • Campaign design and build
  • List segmentation by behaviour and stage
  • Lead nurturing workflows
  • Newsletter programme management

For the Owner / Principal

A credibility asset that explains your value to people you will never meet.

For Marketing

A stocked library instead of a scramble for something to post on Thursday.

For the Sales Team

Material to send a prospect mid-deal that answers the objection for you.

Our Approach

How We Deliver This Pillar

  1. 01

    Mine what you already know

The best content is a transcript of what your specialists explain daily. We interview rather than invent.

  2. 02

    Answer blocking questions first

Content that addresses a genuine objection outperforms thought leadership aimed at nobody in particular.

  3. 03

Shoot once, publish for a quarter

A single well-planned day produces months of material when the calendar is built before the camera comes out.

  4. 04

    Own the channel

Email is the only audience nobody can take away from you. We build it deliberately rather than treating it as an afterthought.

What You Actually Receive

Deliverables

Concrete outputs, not activity descriptions. Every item below is something you can open, keep and use.

  • Editorial calendar mapped to buyer questions and search demand
  • Published articles and long-form assets on an agreed cadence
  • Filmed assets in multiple aspect ratios, subtitled, plus raw footage
  • Lead magnets built and connected to capture
  • Email sequences live, segmented and reporting
  • Monthly report on what was published and what it produced

Engagement Shapes

How Content & Inbound Usually Gets Scoped

These are the shapes this work commonly takes — starting points for a conversation, not fixed packages. Your actual scope is built after the diagnostic and quoted in writing.

01

Content Programme

When you need consistent written output and nothing more.

  • Editorial calendar built from search demand
  • Regular article publishing
  • One long-form asset per quarter
  • Monthly performance reporting

02

Content & Film

When written material alone cannot carry what you do.

  • Everything in Content Programme
  • Quarterly shoot day with full post-production
  • Vertical cuts for every channel
  • Raw footage and project files handed over

03

Full Inbound Engine

When content should be generating and nurturing demand, not just existing.

  • Everything in Content & Film
  • Lead magnets and gated assets
  • Email nurture workflows and segmentation
  • Attribution from first read to enquiry

Fees are quoted in writing after the diagnostic and do not move unless the scope does. We do not publish rate cards because the right scope depends entirely on what the diagnostic finds.

What Happens When

A Typical Timeline

Indicative, and adjusted to your scope. You will have a dated plan before anything begins.

  1. 01

    Question mapping

    Week 1–2

We interview your specialists and sales team to surface the questions that come up in every first conversation.

  2. 02

    Calendar & setup

    Week 2–3

Editorial calendar approved, email platform configured, segmentation defined. Nothing publishes before you have seen the plan.

  3. 03

    First production

    Week 3–5

First articles published and first shoot day run — typically half a day of your principal's time, producing a quarter of material.

  4. 04

    Cadence

    Month 2+

Steady publishing, quarterly shoots, email running continuously. Monthly reporting on what is being read and what it produced.

Being Clear Upfront

What's Included — and What Isn't

Most disputes between an agency and a client come from an assumption nobody wrote down. This is us writing it down.

Always included

  • Interviews with your team so content reflects real expertise
  • Your approval on the calendar before anything publishes
  • Raw footage, project files and full usage rights
  • Subtitling and multi-format cuts as standard

Not included

  • Publishing anything you have not approved
  • Content invented without a subject-matter source
  • Talent fees, location permits and licensed music, quoted separately
  • Drone footage where site permissions cannot be obtained

Common Questions

Before You Ask

Do we have to write anything ourselves?

No. We interview your specialists roughly once a month and turn that into the quarter's material, so the expertise is genuinely yours but the writing time is not. You approve everything before it publishes.

How much of our time does a shoot take?

Usually half a day per quarter for the principal, plus scheduling if we are filming client testimonials. We arrive with a run sheet and prepared questions so the day does not drift.

Do we own the footage?

Yes — finished films, raw footage and project files. No licensing terms, no re-use fees, nothing withheld at handover.

Is film available on its own?

Yes, on a project basis. It delivers considerably more inside an ongoing engagement though, because the footage feeds a calendar rather than sitting in a folder.

Will AI be writing our content?

Not as a substitute for your expertise. We use tools for research and drafting support, but every piece originates in an interview with someone at your firm and is edited by a person. Content assembled from nothing reads exactly like it, and search engines increasingly treat it accordingly.
